Our Aim
NovusEdge wants every customer to be able to browse and buy from this store, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret page structure.
- Descriptive alternative text on product imagery.
- Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast.
- Keyboard navigation for menus, forms and checkout.
- A responsive layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops.
Ongoing Work
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is not a one-off project — we review the store as we make changes and fix issues as we find them.
Third-Party Content
Some elements, including the checkout, are provided by Shopify and by payment providers. We are not able to modify these directly but choose partners who take accessibility seriously.
