This guide explains how to read our listings so you can choose the right product with confidence.

Reading a Product Listing

• Title — includes the brand, model and the key specification.
• Description — the manufacturer's details of features and intended use.
• Images — supplied by the manufacturer or distributor; colours can vary slightly between screens.
• Price — inclusive of VAT where applicable, with free delivery.

Specifications

Technical details such as dimensions, weight, materials, power requirements and capacity are provided by the manufacturer. We reproduce them as supplied. Manufacturers occasionally revise specifications without notice; if an exact figure is critical to your purchase, contact us first and we will confirm it.

Measuring Before You Buy

For anything that must fit a specific space, measure the intended location — including doorways and access routes — and compare against the product dimensions before ordering. This is the most common cause of returns and is easily avoided.

Compatibility

Where a product must work with something you already own, check voltages, connector types, sizes and supported standards. If you are unsure, email support@novusedge.com with details of your existing equipment.
